PF4130 Road and MTB

The PF4130 bottom bracket is Press Fit into 41mm diameter shells that are 86.5mm wide and mate most cranks with a 30mm spindle to that standard. If you have a BB86 frame and want to install a 386EVO crank or Rotor 30mm crank, this is the kit you need.

CeramicSpeed bearings are installed in cups. The Standard Bearing has ceramic CS balls and hardened-steel races. The Coated Bearing has the same balls running on hardened-steel races with a 3-micron thick metallic coating making the races harder and smoother, increasing service life and reducing friction.?

Technical Data

Enjoying the benefit of a massive, strong, and light 30mm crank spindle in your BB86 frame is possible with this kit. Press in the cups, set up the wave washer, add spacers if necessary, and torque down.

CeramicSpeed??ôJ bottom bracket is also stiff and light, but it??ôJ biggest benefits are from drag reduction. Standard Bearings with stock grease typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That??ôJ in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to conventional bottom brackets. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings.

Performance can be tuned by grease choice. All Round comes with, but you can change it to TT and Track Grease for less drag or to LongLife for greater durability.
